KAMDHENU BILLET REHEATING FURNACE
Billet Reheating Furnace
Pusher Type Billet Reheating Furnace upto 50 Tonnes/hr.
capacity. These furnaces are mostly used in Steel Rolling Mills.
Our firm is actively engaged in consultancy, manufacturing
and supply of complete rolling mill plant, combustion equipment and billet
re-heating in India
and abroad for the last several years. Our clients are in all over India, Middle
East Countries of Asia and Eastern Countries of Africa. We are capable of
manufacturing billet reheating furnace. These are qualitative in terms of their
technical accuracy and design efficiency. The salient features are:
- Capacity: 5 to 50 Metric ton
/ hr.
- Temperature: 1300°C
- Design: Pusher Type Double
Zone Pusher Type Triple Zone. Pusher Type Triple Bottom fired.
- Low fuel consumption of 0.3 x
106 K.Cal/tonne.
- Burning losses are minimum
(less than 1%).
- These furnaces are either oil
fired or gas fired.
- Continuous availability of
stock at the rated capacity.
- Capable of heating
billets/ingots upto 200 mm sq. for top firing and upto 300 mm sq. for top
and bottom firing furnaces.
